CD44v6蛋白在结直肠肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨CD44v6的表达与结直肠癌的发生、发展及转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测CD44v6在结直肠正常黏膜、腺瘤、癌及淋巴结转移癌中的表达。结果:CD44v6在正常结直肠黏膜、腺瘤、癌和淋巴结转移癌四种类型的组织中表达明显不同,差异具有显著性(χ2=30.943,P<0.01);CD44v6在腺瘤中的表达比正常结直肠黏膜组织强(Z=-2.166,P=0.03);淋巴结转移癌组织中CD44v6的表达比结直肠癌组织强(Z=-1.99,P=0.047);在结直肠癌组织中,有淋巴结转移的癌组织比未发生转移的癌组织表达强(Z=-2.301,P=0.021)。结论:CD44v6表达与结直肠癌转移密切相关。CD44v6可能与结直肠癌的发展也有一定关系。

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD44v6 Proteinin Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the significance of CD44V6 expression in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of CD44v6 was examined in specimens of normal colorectal mucosae,adenoma,carcinomas and lymphatic metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Results Cd44v6 was expressed heterogeneously among the normal colorectal mucosae,adenoma,carcinomas and lymphatic metastasis of colorectal carcinoma(χ2= 30.943,P<0.01).CD44v6 was higher expressed in adenoma compared with normal colorectal epithelium(Z=-2.166,P=0.03).CD44v6 expression was significantly stronger in lymphatic metastasis in comparison with colorectal carcinoma(Z=-1.99,P=0.047).Furthermore,the CD44v6 expression in colorectal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis is higher than that in colorectal carcinoma without lymph node metastasis(Z=-2.301,P=0.021).Conclusion The expression CD44v6 were closely associated with metastasis of the colorectal carcinoma.It may associated with the development of colorectal carcinoma.
