| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨借助腹腔镜行腰椎结核病灶清除术的临床价值。方法：气管插管全麻下，取腹部切口3厘米，借助腹腔镜，显微的内镜手术器械在屏幕监视器下完成6例腰结核并腰大肌脓肿的病灶清除术。结果：手均获成功，术中平均出血＜100ml,时间180min，术后症状体征消爱，影像学评价病灶清除彻底，近期随访疗效满意，结论：该术式具有切口不，创伤小，出血少等优点,它克服了传统手术损伤大，病灶清除盲目不彻底和腹腔镜下不能彻底松解粘连的双重缺点，是一种安全，有效，微创的手术方法，具有深入研究和临床应用的前景。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical value of treatment of lumbar tuberculosis assisted with laparoscope.Methods:Six patients were treated with video-monitor laparoscope and microendoscope under general anesthesia,the length of abdomen incision was only 3cm.Results:All of these operation were successful and the mean bleeding was less than 100ml,the mean operative duration was 180 minutes. The symptoms and physical signs were disappeared after operation and the radio evaluation result was satisfying.Conclusion:This surgery has the advantage of security,less trauma and bleeding.lt not only overcome the blindness and incompletion of traditional operation but also loosen the adhesion completely, which can not be achieved with endoscope only. |
