PDCD5基因多态性与乳腺癌临床病理特征及预后的关系

目的探讨PDCD5基因多态性与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）分析方法,检测311例长期随访的原发性乳腺癌患者PDCD5基因多态性,用Pearsonχ^2检验分析PDCD5基因多态性与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征间的关系,并通过Kaplan-Meier曲线分析其与乳腺癌患者生存率之间的关系。结果在311例乳腺癌病例中,PDCD5 CG/GG基因携带者的孕激素受体（progesterone receptor,PR）阴性率（50.9%）显著高于CC基因携带者的PR阴性率（38.6%）,P=0.035;PDCD5基因多态与乳腺癌患者的其他临床病理特征均无相关性（P〉0.05）,也未见其与患者预后相关（P〉0.05）。结论PR阴性高表达的乳腺癌患者常提示预后不良。PDCD5基因多态与PR阴性高表达有关,提示PDCD5基因型可能与预后不良有关,但生存分析却未显现其与乳腺癌患者预后间具有相关性。本研究结果初步显示,PDCD5基因多态性检测对女性乳腺癌患者预后评价可能没有直接参考价值。

THE ASSOCIATION OF PDCD5 POLYMORPHISMS WITH CLINICOPATHOLOGIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PROGNOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER

Objective To investigate the contributions between PDCD5 polymorphisms and clinicopathologic characteristics,Prognosis in patients with breast cancer.Methods The polymorphisms of PDCD5 were detected by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms assay（PCR-RFLP） in 311 patients with breast cancer with a long-term follow-up.Pearson χ2 was applied to assess the association between the polymorphisms in PDCD5 and clinicopathologic characteristics,Survival curves were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method（log-rank test statistics）.Results In 311 patients with breast cancer,PR（progesterone receptor）-negative rate（50.9%） in Patients with PDCD5 CG/GG genotype were more than those in patients with CC genotype（38.6%）,P=0.035.The polymorphism of PDCD5 were not significantly associated with other clinicopathologic characteristics（P〉0.05） and survival（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The prognosis of the patients with PR-negative higher expression is worse than that of the patients with PR-negative lower expression.The polymorphism of PDCD5 is significantly associated with PR and may suggest a worse prognosis,but survival curves showed they were not associated with prognosis.The research implied that the polymorphism of PDCD5 has no significant value for evaluating prognosis in women with breast cancer.
