| 摘 要： | 目的:探索陈旧组织标本在制作教学切片中的方法。方法:将陈旧组织先用碱盐、PBS、TritonX-100、Lougl’s液、硫酸铁铵预处理再进行HE染色。结果:本方法在检验陈旧组织切片中,组织着色均匀,细胞核、核膜及核内结构清晰,核浆着色对比明显。结论:运用此方法对目前教学切片来源不足具有重要实用价值,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate a method of making teaching sections with old specimens. Methods: Old specimens were treated with subsait,phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) , triton X-100, ferroalumen before stained with hematoxylin and eo-sin. Results: Compared with the original method, old specimens controlled with this new method could show tissues with uniformly staining, cell nuclei, karyotheca and intranudear construction were seen clearly. Staining was manifest in kary-on compared to plasma. Conclusion: This method has an important value for compensating the shortage of teaching sections; it is worthy of generalizing and applying further. |
