| 摘 要： | 目的：通过腹腔镜、宫腔镜检查及手术，了解盆腔、子宫、输卵管不同的病变，进而探讨引起不孕的原因，提高不孕症的治愈率。方法：对226例不孕症妇女进行宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查及治疗。结果：腹腔镜和宫腔镜联合诊治不孕症可以明确病因，进行准确治疗。结论：盆腔粘连、输卵管阻塞、宫腔粘连为不孕症的主要原因。腹腔镜联合宫腔镜诊治不孕症可以提高不孕症的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:Through laparoscopy,hysteroscopy and surgery, to understand pelvic,uterus and fallopian tube's different diseases, to explore the cause of infertility and improve the cure rate.Methods:226 cases with infertility were diagnosed and treated under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.Results:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy could not only clearly diagnose the cause of infertility,but also provide the effective way to cure infertility.Conclusion:Pelvic inflammation and the intranterine inflammation all connected with infertility.Pelvic inflammation,tubal occlusion,intrauterine adhesions are the main reasons for infertility.Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy can improve the cure rate of infertility. |
