电视宫腔镜与B超联合检查545例分析

目的探讨电视宫腔镜与B超联合检查的临床应用效果。方法采用Olympus直径4.5mm硬镜对545例有宫腔镜检查指征而无禁忌证的患者行宫腔镜与B超联合检查。结果545例中414例检出异常,57例行宫腔镜电切术,56例术后病理诊断与检查结果相符。术后感染1例,感染率为0.18%。结论电视宫腔镜与B超联合检查宫腔内病变具有简单、快捷、准确的优点,是一种安全有效的方法。B超具有导向作用,可以提高宫腔镜检查和宫内操作的成功率。

Analysis on 545 cases of diagnostic hysteroscopy combined with B ultrasonography

[Objective] To investigate the clinical significance of diagnostic hysteroscopy combined with B ultrasonography. [Methods] Five hundred and forty-five women with indication of hysteroscopy and without contraindication were detected by diagnostic hysteroscopy using diameter 4.5mm Olympus hard hysteroscope combined with B ultrasonography. [Result] Of 545 patients, 414 were detected to be abnormal. Hysteroscopic electro-surgeries was carried out in 57 cases, and the postoperation pathologic diagnosis of 56 cases were coincidence with the results of detection. Postoperation infection occurred in 1case and the infection rate was 0.18%. [Conclusions] It has simpe, quicker and accurate advantages. It is a kind of safe and effective method to detecte the intrauterine lesions by diagnostic hysteroscopy combined with B ultrasonography. B ultrasonography has the guiding role which can improve the successful rate of hysteroscopy examination and hysteroscopic operation.
