Abstract:This paper analyzed the influence factors and consequences of job insecurity among contract nurses in the aspects of social, organizational and personal factors,introduced the concept, contents and functions of Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discussed the feasibility and strategies of EAP in the elimination of job insecurity among contract nurses.
