国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗接种副反应观察

目的科学评价国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗对适龄儿童接种的安全性。方法采用统一的问卷，由经过培训的专业人员完成。问卷内容包括接种后30min、4h、24h、48h、72h、6w后副反应情况。结果共纳入617名观察对象，对接种对象接种后30min、4h、24h、48h、72h、6w等时间段进行观察，其副反应发生率分别为2．7％、4．7％、4．8％、2．3％和0．3％．6w后无副反应报告。观察对象中共计有29名发生发热反应，总体发热反应发生率为4．7％，发生注射部位红肿反应率为4．7％，观察对象局部硬结发生率为0．8％。结论该国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗反应轻微，安全性好，有推广应用价值。

Observation on Side Effect of the Domestic Lyophilized Live Attenuated Varicella Vaccine

Objective To Objective To evaluate the safety of the lyophilized live attenuated domestic varlcella vaccine of Oka strain in children. Methods A face-to-face interview was carried out and the information of side effect after 30rains, 4 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 6 weeks were collected. Results A total of 617 susceptible children aged 1 - 13 years were observed. The results showed that 2.7%, 4.7%, 4.8%, 2.3% and 0.32% of the children had side effect after 30mins, 4 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours, respectively. No side effect was observed after six weeks. There were 29 children with fever and the incidence rate was 4.7%. Additionally, the incidence rates of other side effect such as subcutaneous swell and selerema were low. Conclusion The domestic lyophilized live attenuated varieella vaccine possessed good safety and worth popularizing.
