基底动脉尖综合征CT表现16例临床分析

目的：探讨基底动脉尖综合征（TOBS）发病机理和CT表现的关系。方法：分析近10年来本院发现的16例TOBS患者的临床和CT表现。结果：TOBS临床表现复杂多样,以程度不一的眩晕、意识障碍、视物模糊、瞳孔变化、眼球运动障碍为主要症状,而CT扫描所显示的相应区域的脑梗死和脑血栓与其基本一致。结论：CT能够对TOBS及时、准确的作出诊断,为TOBS早期诊断、早期治疗,改善预后具有重要作用。数字减影血管造影（DSA）主要为病变血管起到定位作用,从而指导对TOBS的治疗和预防。

CT performance of 16 cases with top of basilar artery syndrome

Objective To explore the relationship between pathogenesis and CT performance of top of basilar artery syndrome(TOBS).Method Clinical and CT performances of 16 cases with TOBS diagnosed in our hospital in the past 10 years were analysed.Results TOBS showed diverse clinical manifestations,and different degrees of vertigo,disturbance of consciousness,blurred vision,pupillary changes,eye movement disorder as the main symptoms.CT scan showed the corresponding region of cerebral infarction and cerebral thrombosis.Conclusion CT can diagnose TOBS timely and accurately,and play an important role in early diagnosis,treatment and improvement of prognosis.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA) plays the main role for the location of vascular lesions,and guide the treatment and prevention of TOBS.
