氟尿嘧啶栓用于直肠癌术前辅助化疗的研究

 为探索直肠癌术前氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)辅助化疗更合理的给药途径,作者应用同位素ˉ(14)C标记的5-FU栓剂,经直肠腔内给药,进行了组织浓度和分布的测定?结果发现经直肠腔给药后,癌组织和肠系膜淋巴结的5-FU浓度较高,比传统的静脉给药为高,且持续时间较长,这将有利于破坏癌灶和淋巴结中的癌细胞,防止直肠癌复发和扩散?提示直肠癌术前采用5-FU辅助化疗,可减少Dukes'B和C期术后复发,提高生存率?

Supplemental suppository fluorouracil in chemotherapy of rectal cancer

More reasonable route of administration of 5-FU in rectal cancer therapy,￣(14)C-tagged 5-FU suppository intrarectal administration was studied experimentally。 The distributionand concentration of 5-FU in tissues showed that a much higher concentration in cancer cell andmesenteric lymph nodes after using suppository other than iv 5-FU. The suppository 5-FU lastedlonger time would be profitable to destroy cancer cells in the tumor and reginal lymph nodes , andcould prevent from recurrence and metastasis. 5-FU suppository used before operation for rectalcancer could decrease therecurrence of Dukes’B and C rectal cancers.
