| 摘 要： | 女金丹能促进未成熟雌性大鼠卵巢的发育，提高未成熟雌性大鼠血清Ｅ２，ＦＳＨ，ＬＨ和Ｐ水平，而对去卵巢大鼠血清高ＦＳＨ，ＬＨ水平却有明显的抑制作用。提示女金丹对垂体卵巢轴具有和调整作用。

| Abstract: | Nujin Pill was observed to promote ovarian growth in immature rats,and increase levels of E2, FSH,LH and P in the serum, but decrease levels of FSH,LH in the ovarv-ectomized rats. The results suggested that Nujin Pill could regulate the function of pituitarium-ovary axis. |
