老年妇科肿瘤临床特点分析

目的分析老年妇科肿瘤的临床特点及处理原则。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年6月四川省妇幼保健院收治的63例老年妇科肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果老年妇科肿瘤良/恶性比为0.85:1;绝经年限越久、绝经年龄越大,恶变的发生率越高。无痛性阴道流血和腹部包块是老年妇科肿瘤就诊最常见、最早出现的临床症状;老年妇科肿瘤患者术前合并症较多,但经过术前积极治疗,均能安全度过围手术期。结论老年妇科肿瘤发生率与绝经时的年龄、绝经年限呈正相关。妇科恶性肿瘤最早出现的症状是无痛性阴道流血和腹部包块。

Analysis of the clinical characteristics of gynecologic tumors in elderly women

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of gynecologic tumors and treatment principal in elderly women. Methods The clinical data of 63 cases of elderly patients with gynecologic cancers from January 2008 to June 2012 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital ofSichuan Prooince were retrospectioely analyzed. Results The proportion of elderly benign/malignant gynecological tumors was 0.85 ： 1 ; The longer duration of menopause, menopause age was, the higher the incidence of malignant changed. Painless vaginal bleeding and abdominal mass were the most common clinical symptoms appeared in elderly women with gynecological tumors;Ahhough there were lots of preoperative complications, they could pull through the postoperative period after appropriate treatment. Conclusion The incidence of gynecologic tumors is positively correlated with menopausal age, menopausal duration. The earliest symptom with elderly gynecologic tumors is painless vaginal bleeding and abdominal mass.
