治疗性沟通对无抽搐电休克治疗患者家属焦虑的影响

目的探讨治疗性沟通对无抽搐电休克治疗（MECT）患者家属焦虑的影响。方法将185例MECT患者家属随机分为干预组92例和对照组93例。对照组给予临床一般沟通，干预组在对照组的基础上给予治疗性沟通。治疗前、后采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行评价。结果治疗前，2组焦虑程度差异无统计学意义。治疗后，干预组焦虑程度明显低于对照组。结论治疗性沟通可有效缓解MECT患者家属的焦虑情绪。

Effects of therapeutic communication on the anxiety of families of patients with modified electroconvulsive therapy

Objective To study the therapeutic communication on anxiety of families of patients with modified electroconvulsive therapy（MECT）. Methods 185 families of patients with MECT were randomly divided into intervention group （n= 92） and control group（n= 93）. The control group was given clinical general communication, the intervention group was given therapeutic communication on the basis of control group. The self-assessment lists of anxiety （SAS） were used before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, the SAS scores of 2 groups had no statistical significance. After the intervention, the SAS scores of intervention group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Therapeutic communication can effectively relieve anxiety in familv members of patients with MECT.
