脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的护理干预

目的：分析研究脑卒中患者发生吞咽障碍后给予不同护理干预的护理效果，以不断提高脑卒中患者的生活质量。方法选取2011年8月-2013年8月收治的96例脑卒中后发生吞咽障碍的患者作为实验对象，随机分为2组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上增加护理内容，对比观察护理效果。结果实验组患者护理后，吞咽功能分级优良率高于对照组患者，可以进食普食的患者多于对照组患者；实验组患者护理后焦虑程度低于对照组患者。结论采用改良后的护理方法进行护理，可以有效地提高脑卒中患者的吞咽功能，进而改善患者饮食，提高其生活质量。

Nursing intervention for patients with dysphagia after stroke

Objective To study the effect of different nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia after cerebral stroke ,to improve the quality of life in patients with stroke .Methods 96 patients with dysphagia after stroke from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital were selected as experimental objects ,and they were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given routine nursing care ,the experimental group were given improved nursing .Results Swallowing function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group ,and the number of patients who could eat common food was more than that in the control group .The anxiety in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group . Conclusion Improved nursing intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function ,the diet of the patients and the quality of life of patients after stroke .
