静脉留置针留置长度对机械性静脉炎发生的影响

目的探讨浅静脉留置针穿刺时外套管留置长度对机械性静脉炎发生的影响。方法选取98例浅静脉置管患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各49例，观察组穿刺成功后将外套管送入血管后在皮肤外留0.2cm，对照组则全部送入皮肤。观察2组机械性静脉炎的发生率。结果机械性静脉炎的发生率观察组为16.33%，对照组为44.90%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义(χ²=9.416，P<0.05)。结论浅静脉留置针外套管穿刺时皮肤外留0.2cm，安全性高，舒适度好，有效降低了静脉炎的发生。

Influence of indwelling length of indwelling needle to the incidence of mechanical phlebitis

Objective To investigate the effects of indwelling length of superficial vein indwelling needle on mechanical phlebitis .Methods 98 patients with superficial vein catheter were randomly divided into observation group （n=49） and control group （n=49） .The outer tube of the observation group was stayed 0 .2 cm out of skin after venous indwelling needle puncture . The control group was made outer tube completely into skin .The incidence of mechanical phlebitis of 2 groups was compared . Results The incidence of mechanical phlebitis in the observation group （16 .33% ） was lower than that in the control group （44 .90% ） .Conclusion Outer tube left 0 .2 cm out of skin after venous indwelling needle puncture has high security and better comfort ,it can effectively reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis .
