岩舒注射液对大肠癌腹腔积液化疗增强作用的临床研究

目的：探讨岩舒注射液对大肠癌腹腔积液化疗的增强作用。方法98例晚期大肠癌合并腹腔积液的患者，随机分为两组，两组均用 FOLFOX4方案化疗并多次抽放腹腔积液及腹腔内注药，治疗组加用岩舒注射液，比较两组近期疗效、腹围、生活质量、不良反应、免疫功能的差异。结果与对照组比较，治疗组近期疗效、Karnofsky评分、免疫功能均提高，腹围缩小，不良反应减少。结论岩舒注射液对晚期大肠癌合并腹腔积液的患者的化疗有增强作用。

Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Matrine Injection Plus Chemotherapy on Ascites in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compound matrine injection plus chemotherapy on ascites in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Ninety-eight patients with colorectal cancer and ascites were randomly divided into two groups. They were both treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy. In treatment group ,pa-tients were also injected with compound matrine injection. Short-term outcome ,abdomen circumference ,quality of life ,side effect and serum immunologic function were compared. Results Short-term outcome ,Karnofsky score and immunologic function were elevated in the treatment group. However ,abdomen circumference and side effect were reduced in patients of treatment group. Conclusion Compound matrine injection may enhance the therapeutic effect on ascites in patients with colorectal cancer.
