核酪对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响

摘    要:
采用补体致敏酵母菌血凝法,检测了核酪对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响。结果显示,在血凝滴度1:16时,肌肉注射核酪的实验小鼠红细胞血凝阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且其脾脏系数与对照组相比也有明显升高(P<0.01).提示,核酪对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能有增强作用。

Abstract:
In the present , RCIA of mice were analysed by red cell agglutinating test of complement sensitized yeast,effect on RCIA in mice by nucleic casein. The reselt showed that the positive rate of YHA were significant difference between experiment group and the control experimental group (P<0. 01). when red cell agglutinating rate were 1 : 16. The observation showed the RCIA of mice were increased by nucleic casein.
