| 摘 要： | 必兰作为一种新型的酰胺类口腔专用局麻药，其麻醉效能高、起效快、持续时间长、毒性低，麻醉效果明显优于利多卡因或普鲁卡因等传统麻醉剂。本文就必兰的包装、规格、安装方法，必兰的药理学知识以及必兰在口腔临床各科的应用作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Articaine, as a novel amide local anesthetic specialized in stomatology, characterized by high efficiency, rapid effect, long duration, low toxicity and favourable anesthesia effect superior to traditional anesthesia such as lidocaine and prolocaine. This article reviewed with regard to package, specification, assemble method, pharmacological knowledge of articaine and its clinical application in various department of stomatology. |
