前列地尔注射液治疗肝硬化腹水伴黄疸的临床疗效观察

目的通过观察前列地尔注射液对肝硬化腹水伴黄疸患者症状及血生化指标的改善情况,评价前列地尔改善肝硬化患者脏器功能的临床疗效。方法选择肝硬化腹水伴黄疸患者70例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组予谷胱甘肽保肝,呋塞米、螺内酯利尿,人血白蛋白支持治疗;治疗组在给予相同的保肝、支持、利尿等处理的基础上加用前列地尔10μg加入5%葡萄糖100 m l中静滴,2次/d,治疗4周观察治疗前后TB i、lALT、凝血酶原活动度（PTA）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）变化及黄疸、腹水消退情况,并随访3个月观察长期疗效。结果治疗组和对照组ALT、TB i、lBUN、Cr较治疗前有明显降低,但是治疗组降低的幅度优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组PTA较治疗前显著升高,治疗组腹水及黄疸消退情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）;出院后随访3个月,ALT、BUN、Cr仍维持在出院时水平。结论前列地尔对肝硬化腹水患者脏器功能有明显改善作用,并且长期疗效显著。
