早产儿视网膜病危险因素分析

目的调查瑞安市人民医院早产儿视网膜病（ROP）的发生率和高危因素。方法2005年8月1日至2008年8月1日对瑞安市人民医院新生儿监护病房（NICU）住院并符合筛查标准的540例新生儿进行了ROP筛查。结果在接受筛查的540例新生儿中,44例发生了ROP,发生率为8.1%。Ⅰ～Ⅲ期病变分别为35、7、和2例;其中2例需激光治疗,无失明病例。结论ROP相关因素的logistic回归分析结果表明,孕周、出生体重、吸氧时间、呼吸窘迫综合征是ROP形成的高危因素。

Analysis of risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity

Objective To investigate the incidence and the risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity （ROP） in the Ruian People＇s Hospital. Methods A total of 540 preterm infants in the neonatal intensive care unit （NICU） in Ruian People＇s Hospital received ROP screening from August 1, 2005 to August 1, 2008. Results Among these infants, 44 had developed ROP （81%）, including 35 infants with stage Ⅰ ROP, 7 infants with stage Ⅱ ROP and 2 infants with stage ⅢROP. 2 infants received laser therapy and no blind case happened. Logistic regression analysis indicated that low birth weight, weeks of gestation, long term oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation and respiratory distress syndrome （ RDS ） were the high risk factors of ROP. Conclusion The incidence of ROP was 8.1% in Ruian People＇ s Hospital according the result of this study. Low birth weight, weeks of gestation, long term oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation and respiratory distress syndrome were the high risk factors of ROP.
