慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量及心理健康状况分析

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的生活质量及精神心理状况。方法选取2011年5月至2012年5月重庆市职业病防治院呼吸内科收治的COPD患者70例作为COPD组,另外同期选择体检健康者70例作为正常对照组,采用生活质量量表(SF-36)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组受试者生活质量及心理状况进行评定并进行比较。结果 COPD组SF-36在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康8项评分均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);除敌意、恐怖两项目外,COPD组SCL-90评分均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其中以焦虑、躯体化、抑郁、偏执、强迫、人际关系敏感6个因子最为显著。结论 COPD患者生活质量和心理健康状况均较差,因此在对患者进行躯体治疗的同时应采取一定的心理干预。

The Analysis on Quality of Life and Psychological Status of the Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the quality of life and psychological status of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ）. Methods A total of 70 cases with COPD in Chongqing Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were selected as COPD group, and 70 cases healthy persons were selected as control group. SF-36 was used to evaluatethe quality of life and SCL-90 was used to evaluate the psychological status of the two groups. Results The scores of physiological functions, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, mental function, mental health of COPD group were lower than the control group P 〈 0.05 ）. Except hostility and terror, the scores of SCL-90 of COPD group were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, among which the six factors of anxiety, somatization, depression, paranoia, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity were mostly obvious. Conclusion Poor psychological status and lower quality of life in patients with COPD needs psychological intervention in addition to physical treatment.
