探讨神经外科院内感染的护理管理规范与对策

目的探讨如何提高神经外科患者护理质量,保证护理安全以及分析神经外科院内感染的发病率、病原菌、易感部位、易感因素,同时加强规范性护理措施。方法该院自2010年3月—2012年5月对1 560例神经外科住院患者进行回顾性调查分析。结果发生院感染182例次,院内感染发生率为11.67%,其主要是呼吸道感染,其次是泌尿道和中枢神经系统;以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌为主。结论侵入性操作、不合理使用抗菌药物等多种因素可致院内感染,针对性地规范护理行为,能提高重症患者护理质量,保证护理安全,是降低院内感染率的重要途径。

Explore Neurosurgery Nosocomial Infections Care Management Practices and Countermeasures

Objective To investigate how to improve the quality of care of patients in Department of Neurosurgery, to guarantee the safety of nursing care and an analysis of nosocomial infection in Department of neurosurgery： incidence, pathogenic bacteria, sus- ceptible sites, predisposing factors, at the same time, strengthen the normative nursing measures. Methods In our hospital from 2010 March to 2012 May 1560 cases of inpatients in Department of neurosurgery were investigated retrospectively analysis. Re- sults Hospital infection occurred in 182 patients, nosocomial infection rate was 11.67%, which is a respiratory tract infection, fol- lowed by urinary tract and the central nervous system; to Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae mainly. Conclusion invasive operation, irrational use of antibiotics and other factors can cause nosocomial infection, to standardize nursing behavior, can improve the quality of care for patients with severe, to guarantee the safety of nursing care. Is to reduce the nosoco- mial infection rate of the important way.
