应用离体鸡翅尖血管进行显微吻合训练的研究

目的 探讨用离体鸡翅尖血管进行显微吻合训练的新方法。方法 鸡翅尖50只，解剖出中央动脉，测量直径约0．5～0．6mm在显微镜下进行端-端吻合50次。结果 吻合口通畅47次，欠通畅3次。结论 离体鸡翅尖可以作为血管显微吻合训练的模型，操作真实感强，材料来源方便，方法简单易行。

Study of Extracorporeal Chicken Wing Tip Arteries for Microsurgical Arterial Anastomosis Training

Objective To present a new method of using extracorporeal chicken wing tip arteries for microsurgical arterial anastomosis training, Methods 50 chicken wing tip arteries were dissected out under the microscope. The arteries were approximately 0.5～0.6mm in diameter. 50 end-to-end arterial anastomosis were practiced under the microscope. Results Among the 50 arterial anastomosis, 47 anastomosis were unblocked, 3 anastomosis were narrowed or occluded. Conclusion Extracorporeal chicken wing tip can be as a model for microsttrgical anastomosis training and the sense were reality to the real operation. The advantages of the materials were cheap, easy to obtain.
