护理干预在癌症疼痛患者的应用效果分析

目的研究探讨护理干预对癌症疼痛患者的应用效果[1]。方法选取该院在2012年下半年至今所收治的50例癌症疼痛患者的临床资料作为研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析。所有患者都属于癌症疼痛患者。根据患者的入院先后顺序,随机把患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组25例患者。对对照组癌症疼痛患者采用常规方法进行护理,而治疗组癌症疼痛患者则在常规护理的基础上采用疼痛护理干预模式对他们实施护理,比较两组患者在接受不同护理后,在两组间患者的疼痛感以及病情变化,心理和生活能力方面的情况。结果通过对比结果显示,在对癌症疼痛患者进行舒适护理之后,患者在病情好转,心理以及生活能力方面的情况较对照组患者具有明显改善,大大的减轻了疾病对他们带来的痛苦,并且产生的并发症比较少。相关差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论与常规护理相比,疼痛护理干预模式,这种方法有助于减轻患者的疼痛,值得在临床上得到推广。

Analysis of application effect of nursing intervention in patients with cancer pain

Objective To study the nursing intervention of cancer patients pain and related nursing progress. Methods In our hospital in the second half of 2012 so far has treated 50 cases of cancer in patients with clinical data as the research object, carries on the review analysis to the. All patients were diagnosed by clinicians in the hospital, was diagnosed as malignant tumor patients. In addition, according to the order of hospitalization, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two, 25 patients in each group. The control group were treated by routine method for cancer care, and the treatment group of cancer patients are comfortable nursing care on the basis of routine care, compared two groups of patients in different nursing after acceptance, changes in the two groups of patients with pain and illness, the psychological and living ability. Results The results showed, in the patients with malignant tumor of comfortable nursing care, patients in the condition improved, psychological and life ability than patients in the control group had improved significantly, greatly reduced the virus on the pain caused by them, and the resulting complications less. Relevant differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with routine care, humanized comfort care more, this method helps to alleviate the suffering of patients, is worthy of promotion in clinical.
