| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗胃溃疡肝胃阴虚型的临床疗效。方法筛选肝胃阴虚型胃溃疡患者58例分为两组。对照组采用西药对症治疗,治疗组同时一贯煎辨证治疗。结果治疗组临床症状的改善优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合方式可有效治疗胃阴虚型胃溃疡,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Observate of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of gastric ulcer the curative effect of liver stomach Yin deficiency type. Methods Screening 58 patients with gastric ulcer of liver stomach Yin deficiency type, and divided into two groups.Control group cured by the conventional western medicine symptomatic; treatment group combined with always cook the dialectical way. Results Improved clinical symptoms in treatment group is better than the control group, treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine can effectively treat stomach Yin deficiency type gastric ulcer, it is worthy to promote. |
