优质护理对改善高血压心理状态以及生活质量影响的临床观察

目的探讨优质护理对改善高血压心理状态以及生活质量的影响。方法将该院2010年1月—2012年10月间收治的140例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例,对照组患者给予常规治疗和护理,观察组患者在常规治疗和护理基础上给予优质护理干预,采用抑郁自评量表(SAS)和焦虑自评量表(SDS)对两组患者的心理状态进行评价,同时采用生存质量量表(QOL)对两组患者的生活质量进行评价。结果观察组患者经优质护理干预后SDS和SAS评分较对照组患者有显著降低,心理状态得到了显著改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量得到了显著改善,QOL评分显著优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对高血压患者实施优质护理,能够显著改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Impact of Hypertension Psychological Status Improvement ,and Life Quality with High-quality Nursing

Objective To investigate the impact of hypertension psychological status improvement and life quality with high-quality nursing. Methods 140 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 70 cases, patients. The control group were given conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group were added high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment nursing. The self-rating depression scale （SAS）and anxiety self-rating scale （SDS）were used to evaluate the mental state of the patients, at the same time, the quality of life scale （QOL） were taken to evaluate the life quality of these two groups. Results For the patients with high-quality intervention, the SDS and SAS scores reduced significantly than the control group patients, and the mental state had been significantly improved, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The life quality of the observation group was improved significantly, the QOL score was significantly better than patients in the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing to patients with hypertension can significantly improve the patient＇s mental state, improve the patient＇s quality of life,which is worthy of further promoting and applications.
