| 摘 要： | 目的分析奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁应用于反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将该院收治治疗的150例反流性食管炎患者,分为联合组（奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁,早餐前服用20mg奥美拉唑、睡前口服20mg法莫替丁）、奥美拉唑组（服用20mg奥美拉唑,2次/d）、法莫替丁组（服用20mg法莫替丁,2次/d）,比较分析三组临床疗效。结果联合用药组患者临床症状缓解、内镜病变改善情况,均优于其他两组,P〈0.05。结论奥美拉唑、法莫替丁联合治疗反流性食管炎效果明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with famotidine in Ding Ying for the clinical curative effect of reflux esophagitis. Methods Our hospital treatment of 150 cases of reflux esophagitis patients, divided into combined group （omeprazole combined with famotidine, breakfast before taking 20mg omeprazole, 20rag orally at bedtime famotidine and omeprazole group （20rag）, taking omeprazole, 2 k/d）, group 20rag （taking famotidine famotidine, 2次/d）, a comparative study of the~clinical efficacy of the three groups. Results The clinical symptoms of patients with remission group, endoscopic lesions to improve the situation, is better than the other two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion Omeprazole, famotidine in treatment of reflux esophagitis effect. |
