药物治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压疾病的的临床疗效以及不良反应情况。方法选取从2010年1月—2012年12月160例妊娠高血压疾病的患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为两组。对照组应用硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方丹参注射液进行治疗。观察治疗后的平均动脉压、尿蛋白含量、总有效率以及不良反应等情况。结果治疗后观察组与对照组的平均动脉压、尿蛋白含量均有所减低,观察组降低的较对照组显著,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为95%、3.75%和75%、15%,经χ2检验比较两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压疾病的临床疗效显著,不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of drug treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy

Objective To investigate the compound Danshen injection combined with magnesium sulfate treatment of gestational hypertension clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods From January 2010 to December 2012 160 cases of patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy as the object of study, all patients met the diagnostic criteria for gestational hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate, the observation group in the control group on the basis of treatment with compound Danshen injection. Observed after treatment, mean arterial pressure, urine protein content, total efficiency and adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the observation group and the control group the mean arterial pressure, urine protein content were reduced, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;total effective incidence of adverse reactions was 95%, 3.75 % and 75 %, 15%, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） were compared by the 2 test. Conclusion Compound Salvia injection combined with magnesium sulfate clinical efficacy for the treatment of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy significantly fewer adverse reactions, higher security, worthy of clinical application.
