血浆脑钠肽、血清尿酸与急性冠脉综合征的相关性分析

摘    要:目的检测血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、血清尿酸(UA)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血中浓度的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法随机选择69例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者、32例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者及43例健康对照者,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆BNP水平、尿酸酶法测定血清尿酸(UA)水平,对3组结果进行比较分析,探讨其与急性冠脉综合征的关系。结果 ACS组血浆BNP、血清UA水平明显高于SAP组和对照组(P<0.05)。血浆BNP水平和血清UA水平在ACS组呈正相关(r=0.407,P<0.01)。结论血浆BNP和血清UA水平升高与急性冠脉综合征密切相关,联合检测血浆BNP和血清UA水平对ACS的诊断有一定参考意义。

Abstract:Objective To study changes of the levels of Plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and serum uric acid (UA) of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Selected 69patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), 32 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP), 43 patients without coronary heart disease were as the control group, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EL1SA) method to determine the plasma level of BNP, using enzyme method to determination of level of serum UA, The plasma levels of BNP and UA in each group was compared, To explore its relationship with ACS. Results The plasma levels of BNP and UA in ACS group was significantly higher than the SAP group and control group, P 〈 0.05; there is a significantly positive correlation between plasma levels of BNP and LP (a) in ACS group, (r=0.407, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The higher plasma levels of BNP and UA are closely associated with ACS. Have certain reference significance for the diagnosis of ACS.
