| 摘 要： | 目的探讨官腔镜治疗宫腔粘连并发不孕的疗效。方法应用官腔镜对36例宫腔粘连并发不孕患者进行粘连松解，宫内放置节育环，同时给予人工周期3个月。结果术后2年内妊娠20例，足月分娩16例，有效率达55％。结论应用官腔镜治疗宫腔粘连并发不孕患者安全，效果良好，是治疗官腔粘连并发不孕的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study hysteroscopy on treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions. Methods 36 cases of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions received hysteroscopic adhesiotomy, then IUD were placed to treat with artificial menstrual cycle for 3 - months. Results 20 women fertilized and 16 women term deliveried, the pregnancy rate was 55%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy in treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions is safe and effective, it may be used as the first choice in the treatment of infertility cause by intrauterine adhesions. |
