弧形双蒂瓣小阴唇整形术

目的 介绍一种治疗小阴唇肥大的手术方法。方法 采用弧形双蒂瓣法行小阴唇整形术，保留小阴唇边缘，以小阴唇上、下部为蒂，去除小阴唇中部一全层组织，形成一弧形双蒂组织瓣，缝合肌层后用医用粘涂ZT胶粘合切口。结果 本组36例（62侧），术后伤口Ⅰ期愈合，局部无感觉异常，外阴形态满意。结论 弧形双蒂瓣小阴唇整形术具有术后伤口愈合良好、疤痕隐蔽不明显、感觉正常、外阴形态佳等优点，是治疗小阴唇肥大的较理想方法。

Double Pedicle Arc-shaped Flap Nympholepsy

Objective To introduce a procedure of nympholepsy. Method With the central part of the nympha excided, the hem preserved, the superior and lower part of the nympha served as flap pedicles, a double pedicles arc-shaped flap was elevated. The incision was conglutinated by ZT glue after the muscular layer sutured. Result 36 cases (62 sides) were cured by this method with satisfying results. The incisions healed well; and the sense of the nympha are all normal. All of them were satisfied with vulvae shape.Conclusion The double pedicle arc-shaped flap nympholepsy is an ideal method for its well healing, no visible scar, normal sensation, and good final shape.
