| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨姜黄素对人卵巢癌细胞株skov3体外生长的的影响.方法 采用MTT法测定姜黄素不同浓度及不同时间对人卵巢癌细胞株skov3生长的抑制作用,计算细胞生长抑制率;光镜和电镜下观测细胞形态学及超微结构的改变;流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡率.结果 姜黄素具有诱导人卵巢癌细胞株skov3细胞凋亡的作用,呈剂量和时间依赖性....

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of curcumin(CCM) on the cell proliferation,morphology and the vitro growth of human ovary cell line skov3.METHODS Growth inhibition rate of skov3 cells was measured with MTT method.Morphological changes of cells were observed by fluorescent microscope and invert microscope.Apoptotic rate of the cells was inspected by flow cytometery(FCM).RESULTS CCM induced the apoptosis of the human ovary cancer cell line skov3 in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Some apoptotic cells result... |
