摘    要:
人力资源是公立医院第一资源,推动公立医院人力资源高质量发展,能够有效提升公立医院核心竞争力。笔者从需要层次理论的视角,首先分析了需要层次理论与公立医院人力资源高质量发展之间的关系,其次归纳了当前公立医院人力资源高质量发展存在的工作负荷较大、薪酬水平偏低、执业认同感不高等问题。在此基础上,从提升薪酬水平、打造安全执业环境、塑造尊医重卫行业氛围等角度提出了推进公立医院人力资源高质量发展的对策建议。

Abstract:
Human resources are the first resource of public hospitals.Promoting the high-quality development of human resources in public hospitals can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of public hospitals.Under the hierarchy of needs theory,this article firstly analyzes the relationship between the hierarchy of needs theory and the high-quality development of human resources in public hospitals.Second,it concludes the problems of high-quality development of human resources in public hospitals,such as large workload,low salary levels and so on.On the basis of this,this essay puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of high-quality human resources in public hospitals.
