| 摘 要： | 目的对美沙酮社区药物维持治疗门诊病人的心理干预现状进行分析,并评价其心理功能。方法采用随机抽样方法调查了293名美沙酮社区维持治疗门诊病人。结果维持治疗病人中仅有19.8%的病人接受过心理干预,其获得心理干预的主要途径为维持治疗门诊,接受过心理干预与未接受过心理干预的病人,心理功能评分无明显差异。结论现有心理干预模式对改变维持治疗病人的心理功能作用不明显。 |
