| 摘 要： | 目的研究1995～2008年间湖北省各级疾病预防控制机构发表的所有结核病研究文献的现状和特点,评价湖北省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目和世界银行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目的实施效果。方法收集1995～2001年、2002～2008年湖北省各级疾病预防控制中心发表的结核病研究的所有文献,文献计量法提取出作者、杂志、出版日期、研究机构、摘要等信息,建立Excel数据库进行统计分析。结果文献数量从1995年的2篇增长到2007年的50篇;刊载在核心期刊上的论文从1995～2001年组的3篇增长到2002～2008年组的9篇;1995～2001年间,省级、武汉市、宜昌市发表的文献总量占75.6%,2002～2008年间占58.9%。结论结核病控制项目的开展促进了湖北省科研水平的大幅度提升,各级疾控机构文献数量总体呈增长趋势,且文献质量明显提高,但是各地市之间仍存在较大差距。
