针对性护理措施在甲状腺术后出血患者中的应用

目的：研究甲状腺术后出血的原因及护理方法,并探讨其预防对策。方法：将我院采取了针对性护理措施的1322例甲状腺手术患者作为研究组,未采取针对性护理措施的1293例甲状腺手术患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的术后出血发生率、出血后再手术率、术后出血患者的住院时间以及对护理工作的满意度。结果：与对照组比较,经过心理及手术前后护理的研究组术后出血发生率、出血后再手术率及住院时间均明显降低（P〈0.05）,护理满意度明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论：采用针对性的护理措施有助于降低甲状腺手术的术后出血率及术后出血再手术率,并减少住院时间,同时有助于提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Nursing measures in application of thyroid patients with postoperative hemorrhage

Objective： To study the causes and care methods of postoperative hemorrhage with thyroid surgery, and explore their preventive measures. Methods ： The hospital has taken specific measures of thyroid surgery nursing of patients as the study group （ n = 1322）, which did not take appropriate nursing measures in patients with thyroid surgery as a control group （ n = 1293 ）. Two groups were compared the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage, hemorrhage after surgery, the rate of postoperative bleeding in both groups of patients with length of stay and satisfaction of Nursing. Results ： Under the same treatment. the incidence of postoperative bleeding and bleeding after the surgery rate was significantly lower than the control group. Study group, the average length of stay shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction was improved（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Targeted thyroid surgery nursing measures can help reduce the rate of postoperative hemorrhage and postoperative hemorrhage after the surgery rate, and reduce hospitalization time, while helping to improve patient care and job satisfaction.
