临床护理路径在COPD病人治疗中的应用

目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人护理效果的影响。方法:将84例COPD病人随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组按临床护理路径表,有计划地从病人入院到出院对其进行全程、个体化的护理服务。结果:观察组病人满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人健康知识掌握程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径的实施,可提高护理工作质量与工作效率,增进护患关系,提高病人对护士工作的满意度,使病人掌握相关知识,从而缩短了住院天数,降低了医疗费用。

The application of clinic nursing path to the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary siscases.

Objective：To probe into the effects of the clinic nursing path（CNP） on the nursing of COPD patients. Methods： A total of 84 COPD patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group patients were given routine nursing while the observation group was given the whole - process customized nursing according to the CNP schedule. Results ： The patients in the control group had a higher satisfaction level that those in test groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The former had shorter in -hospital time than the latter（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, the former had better knowledge of health than the latter（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The implementation of clinic nursing path （CNP） can improve nursing quality and nursing efficiency, better the relationship between the patients and the nurses and beef up the patients＇ satisfaction to the nurses. Meanwhile, the patients acquired the relevant knowledge so as to actively participate in their treatment and be favorable to their recovery, thus shortening their in -hospital time and reducing their medical costs.
