| 摘 要： | 目的:观察推拿疗法结合足踝矫形器对脑瘫患儿下肢痉挛模式的缓解所起的作用。方法:68例痉挛型脑瘫患儿接受推拿治疗并佩戴踝足矫形器治疗1个疗程后进行评估。结果:痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢痉挛模式得到有效缓解。结论:推拿疗法结合足踝矫形器在缓解脑瘫患儿下肢痉挛模式和提高疗效方面有重要作用。
