| 摘 要： | 临床决策在国外已经发展了近30余年，而在我国还不为许多医务人员所认识和接纳，因此简要介绍了当前国外研究较多的共同决策的基本珲论和框架，希望能够促进医务人员认识、理解和运用决策理论来解决一些临床问题。

| Abstract: | The theory of clinical decision making has been well developed aboard for more than 30 years, while in China most doctors are still in ignorance of it. So we introduce the theory and framework of shared decision making in brief in this paper and hope to promote the understanding and application of shared decision making in hospital service by our health staff. |
