中重度水肿患者动脉穿刺法的改进

目的提高中重度水肿患者动脉穿刺一次成功率,减少血肿的发生.方法将120例急性或慢性肾功能衰竭伴中重度水肿行血液透析的患者分为2组,传统组60例采用传统法行动脉穿刺,改良组60例采用压迫法行动脉穿刺.比较2组一次穿刺成功率、血肿出现率的高低.结果改良组的一次穿刺成功率高于传统组(P＜0.01);血肿发生率低于传统组(P＜0.05.)结论对于中重度水肿患者采用压迫法行动脉穿刺一次成功率高,血肿发生率低,值得推广应用.

Improvement of Intra-arterial Injection of Patients with Edema

Objective To improve the one-time success rate of intra-arterial injection of patients with serious edema and decrease the occurring rate of hematoma. Method Divided 120 hemodialysis patients with serious edema caused by acute or chronic renal failure into two groups. Traditional group (60 patients) received intra-arterial injection with traditional method and improvement group(60 patients) received intra-arterial injection with pressure method. Then compared one-time success rate of intra-arterial injection and occurring rate of hematoma of two groups. Result The one-time success rate of intra-arterial injection of improvement group was higher than that of traditional group(P<0.01). The occurring rate of hematoma was lower than that of traditional group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective for patient with serious edema to take intra-arterial injection with pressure method. It can improve one-time success rate of intra-arterial injection and reduce occurring rate of hematoma, so it is worth popularizing.
