| 摘 要： | 目的:评价左氧氟沙星与加替沙星注射治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果. 方法:采用循证医学的方法收集临床资料,应用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对左氧氟沙星与加替沙星注射治疗下呼吸道感染进行评价. 结果:左氧氟沙星与加替沙星注射治疗下呼吸道感染治愈率分别为64.29%(57.70%,70.88%)、81.43%(70.05%,92.81%),C/E分别为1.90、5.79,△C/△E为20.37. 结论:加替沙星疗效优于左氧氟沙星,但成本-效果分析表明,左氧氟沙星具成本-效果优势.
