| 摘 要： | 目的:观察湿热消外敷热导入疗法对慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:将213例慢性前列腺炎患者分型后随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以湿热消外敷热导入疗法治疗,对照组予以前列安栓,两组均以30天为1疗程。结果:1疗程后,治疗组与对照组比较,在总体疗效方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组;在NIH-CPSI和中医证候学评分方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:湿热消外敷热导入疗法对慢性前列腺炎有较好的作用。
