老年慢性阻塞性肺病、肺心病患者内皮素水平及其与激素的关系

摘    要:
用放射免疫方法测定了48例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD),36例慢性肺心病(CPHD)患者血浆内皮素(ET),心房利钠多肽(ANF)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)的浓度,并与30例正常人作对照。结果表明,COPD患者血浆ET、ANF、AVP浓度均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05);ET升高与ANF、AVP呈正相关(ANF:r=0.3967 P<0.05,AVP:r=0.4149 P<0.05).CPHD患者血浆ET、ANF、AVP、ATⅡ均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05);ET升高与ANF、AVP呈正相关(ANF:r=0.3726 P<0.05,AVP:r=0.4018P<0.05),与ATⅡ无关。提示测定血浆ET水平并观察ET与ANF、AVP之间的关系,对COPD、CPHD的诊断及发病机理的研究有一定的意义。

Abstract:
Plasma levels of endothelin (FT), atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), arginine vasopressin (AVP) and an-giotensin II (AT II) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 48 with COPD patients > 36 with chronic pul-monary heart disease (CPHD) patients and 30 healthy adults.Elasma concentrations of three peptides (ET, ANF and AVP) in both COPD and CPHD groups increased signficantly and were higher those of control group (P<0. 05). In addition, the elervation of ET was correlated with ANF (r=0. 3976, P<0. 05 in COPD) r = 0. 3726, P<0. 05 in CPHD) and AVP (r=0. 4149, P<0. 05 in COPD) r=0. 4018, P<0. 05 in CPHD). We suggest that determination of the plasma ET, ANF and AVP levels has implication in the study of pathogenesis and the diagrnosis of COPD and CPHD.
