| 摘 要： | 多形性日光疹是一种常见的获得性、特发性和间歇性反复发作的光线性皮肤病,好发于温热带地区的中青年女性光暴露部位。其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,目前认为日光诱发的迟发型变态反应是本病的主要发病机制,其发生也可能与内分泌、代谢异常、微量元素、免疫、环境和遗传等有关。 |

| Abstract: | Polymorphic light eruption(PLE) is the commonly acquired,idiopathic,recurrent intermittent photodermatosis with a high prevalence,particularly among young women occurring on sun exposed body sites in temperate climates.However its pathogenesis has not been known clearly and currently as sunlight-induced delayed type hypersensitivity is considered the major pathogenesis of the disease.Its occurrence may also correlate to endocrine,genetic,vaccinations,micronutrient,metabolic abnormalities and the environment... |
