细辛脑注射液雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿下呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的:观察细辛脑注射液雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将110例下呼吸道感染的婴幼儿随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(54例)。两组均给予常规抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组加用细辛脑注射液雾化吸入治疗,对照组加用盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率75.93%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组症状、体征消失时间及住院时间比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:细辛脑注射液雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿下呼吸道感染疗效满意,安全可靠。

Clinical Effects of Nebulized Inhalation of Asarone Injection in Treating Infants with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of nebulized inhalation of asarone injection in treatment of infants with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods：110 infants with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group（56 cases）and control group（54 cases）.In addition to the routine therapy,the treatment group was treated with nebulized inhalation of asarone injection,while the control group treated with nebulized ambroxol hydrochloride injection.Results：The total curative efficiency of nebulized inhalation of asarone injection in treatment group was 92.86%.It was significantly higher than that of nebulized ambroxol hydrochloride injection in control group（75.93%,P0.05）.There were significant differences between the two groups on the duration of hospitalization,disappear time of pulmonary symptoms and signs（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nebulized inhalation of asarone injection is rather effective,safe and reliable in treatment of infant with lower respiratory tract infections.
