肿瘤患者化疗中PICC置管常见并发症的原因及护理

目的:探讨肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)进行化疗的常见并发症原因及护理方法。方法:对78例肿瘤患者采用PICC导管进行化疗,对PICC置管和留置过程相关并发症的原因及护理干预进行分析。结果:PICC置管与留置过程并发症发生情况:机械性静脉炎12例(15.38%),导管异位8例(10.26%),渗血、血肿8例(10.26%),导管置入困难6例(7.69%),导管堵塞、导管滑出、皮肤过敏各4例(5.13%),穿刺点感染2例(2.56%)。经过针对性预防护理后并发症得到有效缓解。结论:肿瘤化疗患者PICC相关并发症不容忽视,及时有效的预防护理可以减轻患者痛苦,保证治疗顺利进行。

Cause and Care of Complications in PICC Catheter for Patients with Malignant Tumors During Chemotherapy

Objective：To explore the cause and care of complications in peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）catheter for patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy.Methods：To analyze the cause and care of complications in 78 cases with malignant tumors who were treated by chemotherapy using PICC catheters.Results：The catheter problems in the process were： mechanical phlebitis in 12 cases（15.38%）,catheter ectopic in 8 cases（10.26%）,bleeding and hematoma in 8 cases（10.26%）,catheter indwelling problems in 6 cases（7.69%）,catheter blockage,skin allergies and slid off in 4 cases（5.13%）,site infection in 2 cases（2.56%）.All complications were effectively alleviated through targeted preventive care.Conclusion：PICC-related complications of patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy can not be ignored,so we should take timely and effective preventive care to reduce the suffering of patients and ensure the smooth progress of the treatment.
