咬合创伤对颞颌关节及咀嚼肌影响的组织病理学实验研究

摘    要:
本实验对10头中国实验用小型猪采用在1侧后磨牙上粘固联冠的方式建立咬合创伤动物模型,按创伤持续时间分为3周和6周两大组,每组又分为届时处死和去除联冠休息2周后处死两个阶段。另以4头作对照。分别对其颞颌关节和咀嚼肌进行光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜的观察。结果显示:咬合创伤确实对颞颌关节和咀嚼肌产生了不同程度的影响,出现了创伤性改变、炎症反应、代偿性增生和退行性变化。本文支持咬合创伤是颔颌关节紊乱症的致病因素之一。

Abstract:
0 Chinese experimental miniature pigs were used tO establish animal models of occlusaI trauma by the way of the wrought crown for the three disto-molars。The pigs were divided into a 3一week group and a 6-week group according to the durat ion of the trauma Each group was subdivided into two sets ,one set killed immediately after the traumatic stimulations and the other two weeks later. Another four miniature pigs served as the control.TMJ and masticatory muscles of all the pigs were observed seperately with light microscope, transmission and scaning electron microscope。 Observation showed that traumatic occlusion caused injury to TMJ and masticatory muscles, producing traumatic changes, inflammatory reaction, compensatory hyperplasia, and degeneration,The results in this study demonstrate that traumatic occlusion is one of the causes of the cranio-mandibular disorder.
