| 摘 要： | 目的:复制阴虚、阳虚、血瘀等不同病证特点的荷瘤小鼠,研究不同中医"证"对肿瘤生长及转移的影响;研究中药干预对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及转移的影响,为临床辨证用药提供理论依据。方法:将荷瘤小鼠做成不同中医证型的模型,研究中医证型与荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长、转移、Bcl-2表达关系及辨证施治对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及转移的影响。结果:荷瘤小鼠证型对肿瘤的生长及转移有一定影响,其中阴虚组与脾虚组实验动物3项指标的改变是一致的,即实验动物的存活期缩短、实体瘤加大、肺转移病灶增多。血虚组与血瘀组动物与对照组相比存活期延长,其中血虚组动物与对照组相比,差异具有显著性。各实验组中的Bcl-2表达均高于正常对照组。结论:荷瘤小鼠证型对肿瘤的生长及转移有一定影响;所施中药均能不同程度延长荷瘤小鼠生存期;活血祛瘀中药能明显减少荷瘤小鼠血道肺转移灶数目。
