尖锐湿疣组织中TNF-α和IL-13的定量表达及意义

目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor—alpha，TNF—α）和白细胞介素13（intedellkin-13，IL-13）在尖锐湿疣组织中表达及其意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤中TNF—α mRNA和IL-13mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中TNF—α mRNA和IL-13mRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤的表达（P〈0．01）。尖锐湿疣患者皮损中TNF—α mRNA的表达与IL-13 mRNA的表达呈显著相关性（r=-0．22405，P=-0．2926）。结论尖锐湿疣患者皮损T细胞亚群分化失衡，TNF—α和IL-13参与了尖锐湿疣发病。

Expression and significance of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-13in patient with Condyloma acuminata

Aim To determine the expression and significance of tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α） and interleukin-13 （IL-13） in Condyloma acuminata. Methods Expression of TNF-α mRNA and IL-13 mRNA in 24 cases of condyloma acuminata and 19 health control were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ- PCR）. Results Expression of TNF-α mRNA and IL-13 mRNA in condyloma acuminctta lesion was significantly higher than that in health control, respectively （P〈0.01）. No significant correlation in condyloma acuminata were found between expression of TNF-α mRNA and IL-13 mRNA （r=0.22405,P=0.2926）. Conclusions TNF-α and IL-13 might involev in the pathogenesis of Condyloma acuminata.
