南通市2007-2010年居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况分析

目的了解南通市2007-2010年居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况,为恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法对南通市2007-2010年居民死亡资料进行分析,采用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标进行分析。结果南通市2007-2010年居民恶性肿瘤的年均死亡率为244.97/10万,标化死亡率为145.44/10万,占全死因的29.98%,前五位死因顺位为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肠癌。PYLL前三位分别为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌,而白血病在AYLL死因顺位中位居第一。结论恶性肿瘤严重威胁南通市居民生命健康,肝癌、肺癌应重点防治,应采取有效的防治措施,减少或预防恶性肿瘤的发生,提高居民生活质量。

Analysis on Deaths Caused by Malignant Tumors among Residents in Nantong City from 2007 to 2010

Objective To understand the death causes of malignant tumors among the residents in Nantong city from 2007 to 2010, and to provide scientific basics for cancer prevention. Methods The data of death causes among the residents in Nantong from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed by mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, PYLL and AYLL. Results The crude mortality rate of malignant tumors was 244.97/100 000, the standardized mortality rate was 145.44/100 000, and it accounted for 29.98% of all-cause mortality. The top five death causes of malignant tumors in Nantong were liver cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, esophageal cancer and colon cancer. The top three causes of PYLL of malignant tumors in Nantong were liver cancer, lung cancer and stomach cancer, while leukemia was the first death causes of AYLL. Conclusion Malignant tumors severely threaten the health of residents. The key objects of prevention and treatment are liver cancer and lung cancer. Effective measures should be adopted to prevent or decrease the occurrence of malignancies and strengthen the health of the residents＇ quality of life.
